Topic: Training Department Structure and Recruiting Trainers

Perhaps you have been in situ for a couple of weeks or a couple of months or a couple of years. Aside from dealing with the logistical load of reacting to training requests, delivering training, arranging classroom bookings, following up on no-shows ...... there are the larger strategic questions.

How should I structure the Department to deal with requests efficiently? To automate the parts that can be automated? What sort of help do I need? Administrators? Trainers? Managers? What performance metrics should I use?

The following links and downloads will provide you with a wealth of tools, case-studies and theories for approaching many of these questions.

Enjoy. Mike Collins.
